Monitor color profiles on ubuntu

If you have ugly colors on your monitor, you should apply an ICC profile. I show how do that on Ubuntu.

  1. Visit this page and download file for your monitor (or for similar monitor)
  2. Install xcalib -> sudo apt-get install xcalib
  3. Apply ICC profile
    xcalib <filename>

replace <filename> with your profile filename.

  4. Add this command to start-up.
